Georgetown Ministry Center (GMC) has the following suggestions to best care for and support our unhoused neighbors throughout these cold winter months:
- Give the gift of warmth by ordering a new winter coat for a GMC guest from GMC’s Amazon Wishlist. (The most needed sizes are XXL-XXXL.) Order directly from GMC’s wishlist.
- Purchase hand warmers and sleeping bags. Order directly from GMC’s wishlist.
- Volunteer to help provide dinner through GMC Extends, a program serving warm dinners, Monday through Friday, throughout the end of March 2024.
