Our Sunday, June 2, Dumbarton’s worship service starts at 10 a.m. (new summer hours, y’all!). During the season of Pentecost, Dumbarton’s worship series focuses on the empowerment of the Holy Spirit and the mission of the church. We will explore how the Holy Spirit works in individual lives (personal piety and holiness) and in the corporate church (bold mission and ministry). Pastor Rev. Rachel Cornwell will deliver the message, Now What? (Responding to the Spirit).
A couple important items of note:
- Dumbarton’s Ad Ed programming as well as our choir will take a summer break, but childcare is always provided each Sunday during worship.
- During the summer months, Dumbarton’s social hall will serve as a “COOLING SPACE” with the large screen TV there live-streaming Zoom Church.
