Epiphany runs from January 6 until Ash Wednesday. This church season includes the celebrations of the Baptism of Jesus, Human Relations Sunday, the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity and Transfiguration. January 6 commemorates the visit of the Wise Ones to the infant Jesus. Images associated with this season are light, stars and world globes. One of the central messages of Epiphany is the universality of God’s love and grace for all people in all places
