33 Years of Welcoming LGBTQIA+ People

Come to a joyous celebration  of our 33rd anniversary of becoming a reconciling congregation on Feb. 23. Once again we will reaffirm our core values of full inclusion of LGBTQIA+ people!  Our worship time will feature plenty of rainbows, and the message will be brought to us by Rev. Dr. Youtha Hardman-Cromwell, a long time justice seeker and member of the Virginia Conference and professor emeritus at Wesley Seminary. The choir will sing two inspiring anthems: Paul Halley's "Sound Over All Waters" and Ysaye Barnwell's "We Are." And we'll have a pancake brunch after the 11 a.m. worship service. Adult ed and youth class at 10 a.m. Child care is available.
